Let’s clear up the details.

For questions about this website or something in our collection pages, write to bake@cake-time.net.

Help us find the right page

Include the page address, product name and a short description of what you need. If a measurement or photo looks unclear, tell us which one so we can check it.

About an existing order

Open the order in the account used for the purchase. That is where delivery, returns, refunds and payment questions can be handled. We do not have access to your order or payment information.

Keep private information private

Please do not email card numbers, passwords or identity documents. A product name or page link is enough for a website question.
